Thomas “Bauldie” L. Presley Jr.
Thomas “Bauldie” L. Presley Jr., born November 20, 1954, at Albany Medical Center in Albany, passed away surrounded by the love of family and friends. He was the beloved son of Thomas and Mary Presley.
Thomas was widely known for his deep love of music and his mastery of the guitar. From New York to California, he built a reputation as a gifted and soulful musician. In the Capital District, he was especially recognized for his time playing with the band Prime Time, where his talent and passion left a lasting impression on audiences. He also shared his musical gifts in various churches throughout Charleston, South Carolina, and across the Capital Region, using his music to uplift and inspire others.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Della Walker, and his brother, Darryl “Nutt” Earl Presley.
Thomas leaves to cherish his memory his two sons, Tammar Cancer and Thomas Presley III; his three grandchildren, Jamari D. Crisp, Jaison T. Presley-Crisp, and Ishari D. Presley-Crisp; along with many cousins and extended family members who will forever hold him in their hearts.
A memorial service celebrating Thomas’s life will be held on March 14, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the VFW, located at 35 North 1st street, in North Albany. All are welcome to attend.
