On Saturday, August 7, 2021, the world lost Rakeine Webb. He was greeted at the gates of Heaven by his grandmother, Mrs. Maggie (Webb) Branch, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam and Alethia Conyers, his Uncle Curtis, Aunts Rosie and Nadine, as well as Taz, Dante and Shabba Rakeine was the head of shipping for Vinylmax NY in Clifton Park. He was very proud of his promotion to this position with this amazing company. He was a smart hardworking family man, who took great pride in his career.
Rakeine was like no other person who you would ever meet in your life. His laugh and smile were infectious. He was an avid and excellent chess player who always had a board. Ready to take on any challenger. His tomato garden was legendary. His "matoes" were always taller than he was. His favorite weekend activity was Saturday morning with his cousins. Nothing is better than Reese's stories or being "kidnapped" for the day.
He was my world, my best friend and partner in life. He was a loving and devoted father and cat dad to Mr. Furry Purry Pants (aka Tom Brady) and his Schmoolie Moolie Pie.
Rakeine was loved and adored by his wife of 18 years, Charlotte Webb, and daughters, Andromeda (Nathan VanWie) (Trixie) and Aphrodite Daley. His beloved mother, Mrs. Althea Conyers Lino (John). His sister, Shalaya Reed and his nephews, Quami Pearson, William Grier Jr. and Nycere Grier. His favorite cousin and closest confidant, Mr. Moreese Brinson (Nicole). As well as a host of family and friends.
