Ms. Sharita Wimbush "Rita"

Sharita “Rita” Wimbush passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October4,2023.  Rita was born in Albany to the late Robert and Beulah Bailey Wimbush on August 18,1971.  She was predeceased by her sisters Joane Wimbush and Barbara Smith Wimbush and her nephew Robert Wimbush III.

She is survived by Mavis Traynham, Michael (Ann) Wimbush, Robert (Nancy) Wimbush and Gary Wimbush.  She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends.  She will be missed by all.  Rita’s family will celebrate her life at a private service.
