Ms. Frances E. White

Frances E White
December 19, 1943 – December 12, 2023

Born on December 19, 1943 in Albany, NY to Samuel Jones and Nora Jones.  She attended the Albany School Public System and graduated from Albany High School.  She also, attended the Mildred Ellery School where she received a certificate in Office Administration.  She retired from the state of NY after 30 years of services.

Frances attended the Macedonia Baptist Church where she served as Superintendent of Sunday School and was a member of the Choir. Once, she moved to Schenectady she joined the Day Christian Empowerment Center where she sang in the Choir and worked in the Children’s Nursey. Frances attended church until her illness didn’t allow her.

Frances leaves to cherish her memory her daughter: Shanora White, grandchildren: Khyran Desantis, Isaiah Hair and Malakai White, her brother Samuel Jones and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Nora Jones, her sister Deborah Coleman and her husband James E. White.
She then relocated to Fayetteville, NC with nieces Deborah and Joette.  Frances was a very loving mother, grandmother and aunt.  Her one nephew Keshon said It perfectly. He stated if anyone was going to Heaven she was and that she had A VIP pass to Heaven.
