Mr. Ricky Arrington

Rickey "Rallah" Arrington of Albany, New York departed this life on Sunday June 2, 2024, at the Albany Medical Center. Rallah was born in Albany, New York, on November 11, 1968, to Daisy and Houston Arrington, both of whom preceded him in death.

Rallah attended the Albany City School District. He was a smart man who loved technology, earning the nickname "The Gadget Man." Rallah was an honest and hardworking man who did what he had to do to provide for his family. He truly loved his grandkids and great- grandkids, who affectionately called him "pappi." He loved to go fishing and enjoyed taking all the kids to the store, always saying, "Kids, we're going to the store  and y' all can get anything y' all want.'' Known as the best uncle ever''. Uncle Rallah loved the kids.

He leaves to cherish his memory with his wife, Loette Arrington, step-children Lacarus and Arkeyse Boyd of Albany, NY. Sister Sabrina Arrington, brother Houston Arrington, Jr., granddaughter Nahkiya Boyd, is great- grandkids Rasheem Maeweather, Jr., Ny'Onii Nelson, and a host of nieces and nephews, family, and friends.

Rallah was predeceased by his grandson Dachai Powell, mother Daisy Arrington, father Houston Arrington, sisters Gloria Johnson and Daisy McCall, brother Michael Arrington, and his brother in law Larry Johnson.
