Obituary

Herbert Jr. was born July 6, 1948 in Richmond, Virginia to the late Herbert McIntyre Sr. and Mary Elizabeth McIntyre.

Herbert Jr. always loved to sing and in July 19th 1972 he moved to Albany, NY to pursue his dream of becoming a Rhythm and Soul singer.  He was lead singer for Tommy Huddleson Band and Show in Richmond, VA for 5 years.

In addition to his Parents, Herbert Jr. was preceded in death by significant other Ms. Barbara Ann Mitchell, two sons, Lamont Mitchell and Herbert McIntyre III, loving Grandmother Mandy Edmondson and a wonderful Uncle, Jacob Morton.

Left to cherish loving memories are two sons, Donnell Herbert Harrison and Rondell McIntyre.  Loving and devoted sister Alwina Gray-Peay (Joseph).  Devoted nephew Leroy L. Gray, Jr. (Emily).  Five grandchildren, eight sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-laws.  Most special and devoted friend (Ms. Diana Carr -Sentinental Case Worker) and Ms. Orrisdean McGill and other relatives and friends.
