Aaron J. Creagh was the first-born son of AJ Creagh and the late Betty Jean Creagh of Albany, New York. He was born at Albany Medical Center on July 26, 1978. May 1996 was an exciting time in Aaron’s life, he graduated from Bishop Maginn High School. He said, “I almost felt like I was on a TV show.” While in high school, he worked for a short time as a page. He said” I was simply working for a check , but once I was behind the desk…my coworkers became more like family to me.”
Aaron had a special love for his friends, co-workers, and his family. He had such a big heart. Later Aaron studied Graphic Design at the College of St. Rose in Albany, New York, where he worked as a Library Circulation Clerk at the public library from 1995 to 2008. From time to time, he would volunteer for various civic organizations. Aaron Creagh was a lifelong member in good standing of the Wilborn Temple Church of God in Christ along with his parents . He loved going to church and listening to Gospel music.
One of his most favorite music artist was Kirk Franklin. He actually loved all kinds of music. He also love the Lord Jesus Christ. Aaron is survived by his father AJ Creagh; sisters Monica Nicole Campbell and Joy Creagh; and brother Justin Creagh, all of Albany, New York. He is also survived by his aunts, Lois (Henry) Sankey of Scotia, New York, Sherry (Kevin) Landy of Clifton Park, New York, Linda Welcome of Albany, New York, Rev. Eretta (Pastor Elliot) Lyons of Atlanta, Georgia. Aaron leaves a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends, who loved him dearly.
Aaron was predeceased by his mother, Betty Jean Creagh; his brother, Timothy Eugene Knight; numerous aunts, and uncles. We are going to miss Aaron so much! He is absent from the body but present with the Lord. We loved you Aaron, but God loved you best.
