Brother Melvin L Brigman was born in June 9, 1970, to the Late Nancy Joyce Brigman and Percy Smith. Melvin was Born and Raised in Albany NY and attended Albany City School and Graduate from Albany High School. He enjoyed life and was the life of the Party. He loved to travel, gamble and eat. He was known for beautiful SMILE and DIMPLES.
Melvin leaves to Cherish his Three children, two daughters Kara, Veronica and one son Qu’air. Three Sisters Donna Brigman and the late Shelia Brigman and the Late Annie Smith, Four brothers Jackie Brigman Maurice Brigman Rodney Brigman and Percy Smith Jr. Host of Aunts and Uncles as well as Nieces and Nephews. His two BESTFRIENDS Wayne Tolliver(Wifey) Candices as Melvin would say. He was Truly LOVED and will Truly be MISSED! We LOVE YOU MEL
