Mattie C. Oates

Mattie C. Oates -93 passed away on November 18, 2020 at Delmar Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Mattie was born in Herd County, GA the youngest of four children of Clyde and Hattie Lockett. Mattie was raised in Murfreesboro, Tenn. But lived most of her life in New York state. Mattie worked as a nurse and receptionist at Albany medical center hospital until retirement. Mattie is predeceased by her husband, parents, two sisters, one brother, and  son . Mattie is survived by a daughter, two sons, a daughter in law, three grand daughter, two nephews, three nieces and many cousins and friends.
