Marcus L. Page departed this life March 19, 2022, at Albany Medical Center with his loving god sister by his side.
Marcus was born November 2, 1971, to Maggie Paige and the late Robert Bellamy. He was a member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church and sang with the Youth Choir. He also was on the Junior Usher Board and held the position of President.
During his employment, he worked for Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home, the New York State Thruway Authority and with the Albany Housing Authority for fifteen years until his health began to fail him. Marcus was loved by everyone he came in contact with, especially children.
Marcus was predeceased by his father, Robert Bellamy, his daughter, Zoey M. Paige, his grandparents, Luther & Lessie Paige, Andrew & Louise Bellamy and his godparents, Benjamin & Dasie Melton.
He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted mothers, Maggie Paige and Sadie Dean, brothers, Anthony Sims, Rakee Charleston and Levar Davis, two aunts, Alzona Smith of Roanoke, AL and Katherine Bellamy of North Carolina, six uncles, Leon (Chris) Paige of Albany, NY, Adell (Annie Pearl) Bellamy of Albany, NY, (Earl (Virginia) Bellamy of North Carolina, John Bellamy and Carl (Evelyn) Bellamy of North Carolina, Andrew (Louise) Bellamy of North Carolina and a host of cousins, other family and friends. He also leaves behind Special Friend Yonda Gause and children.
