Lisah Renee Russell

LISAH RENEE RUSSELL

Lisah Renee Russell entered into a place of eternal rest and peace on January 15, 2023, at the age of 49. Lisah was born on August 18, 1973, at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. 

Lisah lived her life "her way" with her sense of humor which has touched so many. After graduating from Albany High School in 1991 she attended classes at Junior College of Albany (JCA). Lisah was employed by her uncle Anthony at Best for Less as well as a few years of telemarketing.

While staying home to raise her 2 Children, Lisah loved listening to music and stayed glued to the TV watching her favorite shows and wrestling matches WWE. Lisah later moved to Alabama and stayed for 15 years before moving back to Albany.

Lisah loved hanging out with her friends and had cherished memories with her besties Diamond, Sherice, Tasha, LaToya, Gina, Monique and Claudine and so many others.

Lisah leaves to cherish in her memory, her sons Hi-Quan Griffin, Jihad Ali and her parents Nancy E. Blunt and Randy W. Russell, Sr.. Lisah will be truly missed by her sister Veranda M. Russell, of Maryland, brother Georrge Blunt III, of Albany, and Diagnon Freeman, of Schenectady, NY.

Lisah was predeceased by her brother Randy W. Russell, Jr., late grandparents Chester and Mary Geraldine Perkins, Raymond and Ellen Russell.

       Lisah leaves behind a Goddaughter and a host of loving uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
