K-Won Shaquis Lillard, affectionately known as K.I was born on February 14, 1988 in Albany, New York to Lea-jay Martin and Keith LaMar Lillard. He was a loving and dedicated son, brother, father, grandson, nephew, uncle, and friend. As a lifelong resident of Albany, NY; K-Won received his education within the Albany City School district. K-Won was passionate about and loyal to his friends and held his children deep in his heart.
K-Won was known for his contagious smile and his distinct walk. You could see and recognize K-Won coming from a distance. With his passion and commitment to his family, he was the man of all of his family members' homes. He played a unique and unforgettable role in every layer of the family and created core memories that are intertwined in so many stories.
His strong and loving relationships with his Pops, his aunt Tracy, and his grandmother Girdie were special for him and shaped the K.I. that we all know and love. He would ensure that he showed them love and allowed them to see sides of him that were reserved just for them. From the oversize hoodies to his fitted shirts and hats, he always made sure his clothing was a perfect fit.
