Jarvier Irving Williams was born in Schenectady, New York, on November 17, 1992, to his loving parents Howlett Williams Jr. and Colleen Dawson-Williams. Jarvier entered into rest on Saturday, October 22, 2022.
Anyone who met Jarvier quickly learned that there were always laughs to be shared. He was fun-loving and the life of every party. He loved to stay at home and play video games, he loved to draw, write music, work with computers and he had that unique way with animal’s…like Dr. Dolittle. He attended Schenectady Public Schools, Elmer and King Elementary, Central Park Middle School and Schenectady High School. As a youth he played football for Bellmont Pop Warner. Jarvier was a creative lyricist who loved to express himself through music. Jarvier loved the Lord and was a member of Arbor Hill Church of God in Christ. Jarvier’s friends would describe him as having a big heart, a young man who opened his door for anyone who needed a place to rest their head. He will be missed and remembered by his family and friends for many amazing things, he was a jokester with the most amazing and infectious laugh but most importantly his legacy of kindness, compassion, generosity, and his determination to do better through tough times.
A special note from his mom: I want you to remember my son Jarvier Irving Williams. Jarvier was a kind young man full of life, a loving father, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson and most importantly my beautiful baby boy. He faced many hills throughout his life, but he always kept his family and friends close to his heart. He will forever be missed but never forgotten. He held his head high and he can never be replaced. My dear Son, I love you and I will be forever grateful for every moment we spent together.
Jarvier was predeceased by his grandfather’s Howlett Williams Sr., Howard Dawson, and Grandmother Carrie Williams. He is survived by his parents Howlett Williams Jr., Colleen Dawson-Williams, Grandmother, June Dawson-Person, brothers, Herman Bass, Omar Lyons, Algin Williams, Michael Graham, sister Monique Lyons, daughters Heaven Williams and two baby girls. He will forever be cherished by his loving family a host of cousins, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends that will forever hold fast to beautiful memories of Jarvier.
