Cleveland Rowell was born on November 6, 1955, to the late Elise Hunter Rowell and Melvin Rowell in Marion South Carolina. Cleveland attended the Marion County School District he loved doing construction work.
Cleveland departed his life on June 20, 2022, in Albany, NY Cleveland was preceded in death by his siblings. Melvin, Jr. Hazel, Theresa, Loretha, BJ, Josephine, Emma, Edward Rowell.
Cleveland leaves to cherish in his memory two children Mary and Cleveland Rowell, Granddaughter Sapphire Rowell, one sister Vear Rowell his Special Lady Barbara Diane Carrington and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
