Cassandra “Sandy” House, age 61, formerly of Dallas, Georgia passed away Monday, October 19, 2020 at Ellis Hospital. She was born on July 15, 1959 in Albany, NY. She attended Albany Public School District and was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. She was a hard worker, working numerous jobs in healthcare, employed with Nursecore for 20 years. Cassandra was a woman of many different talents. She enjoyed cooking, talking with family and friends, partying, dancing, and spending time with her family. She really loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She admired being a supportive grandmother and helping raise her grandchildren. Cassandra also loved to travel. She preceded in death by her father Karl Stover, son Kaylen Stone, and grandson Carlreeth Thompson. She is survived by a host of relatives her mother Ruth Carter-Stover; husband Johnny House ; siblings Almetta Treadway, Delores Abbott (Fred), Carlisa Stover, Antonio Carter, and Dougie Stover ; daughters Charlene Dixon and Lasheba Stone ; son Gregory Stover ; 22 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, stepchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
