Ahmad Fleming, Sr. passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at St. Peter’s Hospital on February 2, 2026.
Ahmad was born January 29, 1964, in Chester, PA to the late Constance Dabbs and Randy Handy. He was raised by his grandparents, the late Harmon and Mabel Daniels.
Ahmad attended and graduated from Strath Haven HS in Wallingford, Pennsylvania and relocated to Albany, NY after his graduation. Prior to his illness, Ahmad was employed by Jan Pro, Cover All, and Kiwi Energy.
He enjoyed spending time with family and loved football, especially his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Ahmad was predeceased by his son, Ahmad Fleming, Jr., his brother Walter (Smooth) Turner, Jr., and his stepfather, Walter Turner, Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter Qwiana Williams, granddaughter Lenai-Marie Spady, grandsons Keyon Williams, Khyree Williams, & Kenyatta Pryor, brothers Sebron Fleming, Shawn Fleming, & Darren Ruff, sisters, Wanda Turner, and Katina “Tinky” Turner, best friend, Richard Burton, his Media, PA friends, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ahmad will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
